Setpoint Settings Greyed Out for Mouse E-Acceleration Logitech

I recently decided to give a gaming mouse a try since it was on sale, despite being a long-time fan of trackballs. As someone who uses their computer for both gaming and as an HTPC, I wanted to know if it was possible to run multiple mice at the same time.

I currently use my wireless Trackman M570 for everyday use and love its ability to allow me to use my computer as a HTPC in my living room. While researching whether I could use both mice simultaneously, I stumbled upon an issue with Setpoint settings greyed out for mouse e-acceleration Logitech.

To address this problem, I launched SetPoint and clicked on the My Keyboard tab at the top. From there, I selected the Keyboard Inactive Key Settings tab on the left side and chose my K350 from the Select Keyboard drop-down menu. I tested this feature last night with a G9 Laser and an MX Anywhere, and both mice worked seamlessly at all times. If I wanted to use special button mapping on either mouse, I simply had to make sure that the proper mouse/profile was loaded into SetPoint.

What's more, Logitech SetPoint is compatible with different versions of the software, so I can load multiple profiles at once without having to switch between them. This flexibility has been a game-changer for me, as it allows me to use my preferred mouse settings for both gaming and everyday use.
